Where are we now?

An Update on ERISA Litigation

The Presentation:

Brad Huss will discuss the current issues facing plan sponsors and fiduciaries in the courts.  Topics will include 401(k) fee lawsuits, 403(b) plan lawsuits, employer stock cases and the evolving remedies available to ERISA plan participants in benefit claims and fiduciary breach cases.

  • How are the courts deciding these cases?
  • What are the latest trends in claims by plaintiffs?
  • Are there plan provisions that can assist in defending litigation?

    The Speaker: Brad Huss
